Beeswax is simply beautiful. It's not only that it is one of those miraculous creations of nature, but it is both aromatic and rich in its texture and variety of colours. In this workshop, we'll use beeswax combined with paper napkin images and pressed leaves and flowers to collage the cover of a journal.

Classes of 1-3 persons are 120 $ p/p and include all materials, use of tools, and two firings. There are two 2 hour sessions. The first, is to build or sculpt what you want to make. Then in 10 days, you can decorate your item and it is fired again. Once this is done you can pick up your creation.
You will get dirty, but that's the fun part. so bring an apron. It is recommended you cut your fingernails short.

Embroidery is an ancient art form that encourages slowness and mindfulness and is both accessible and relatively inexpensive. In this workshop, we will be sewing together felt pieces, embellishing them with embroidery stitches then stuffing them to create lovely stuffed hanging ornaments.
